We apply professional skill and care to every engagement. However, because website security depends on third-party software, hosting, and credentials outside our control, we cannot and do not guarantee that a site will be free of all compromise, that a cleanup will be permanent, that search-engine warnings or rankings will be fully restored, or any other specific outcome. We do our best; we do not promise a particular result.
You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups, keeping credentials secure, and keeping your software (WordPress core, themes, and plugins) updated after our work. Providing timely, accurate access and information helps us help you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solixtar’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost revenue or data).
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
